Abstract
Internships might be one of the most important learning experiences for students in university. Internships play an important role in students’ career exploration as students may acquire crucial practical skills while also enhancing their sense of independence and interpersonal skills. Students, supervisors, and other stakeholders have diverse expectations for internship programs.
