Abstract
The interconnection between the telecommunications facilities of one telecommunications carrier and those of another carrier has been utilized as a method to construct a network that enables telecommunications between facilities of those carriers. This chapter discusses the development of regulatory systems concerning such interconnections established in the Telecommunications Business Act for overviewing the development of policy frameworks concerning such interconnections.
