Abstract
Use of stereotactic radiosurgery and stereotactic ablative radiotherapy has increased drastically in the last decade. It is being used in treatment of many oligometastatic lesions as well and being employed in many prospective trials. Till recently, there was no standard guideline for plan evaluation in SRS/SABR. With the publication of ICRU 91, certain plan evaluation parameters have been standardized and recommended for prescribing, recording, and reporting of stereotactic treatments. This chapter will summarize important parameters in plan evaluation of SRS/SABR along with commonly used and best validated SRS/SABR protocols along with recommended dose constraints to organs at risk.
