Abstract

This chapter discusses the perspective of wealth, through which we observe equality, and the paradox between the motivative and destructive power of wealth gaps and how to solve this paradox and achieve social equality. The authors believe, that common prosperity admits differentiated prosperity amid the overall improvement of people’s livelihood, rather than synchronized and equal growth in people’s income. Therefore, there must be a reasonable scope of a wealth gap.
