Abstract

With the increase in the operating period of metros in large- and medium-sized cities, the single equipment of metro environmental control system, such as water chillers, cooling towers, and pumps, will appear new equipment access, medium-term equipment maintenance, long-term equipment replacement, and other problems with the increase in operation period. For these problems, it is imperative to provide professional guidance on the performance parameters of the operation and maintenance of the subway environmental control system for different years. In this paper, the evolution law of chillers, cooling towers, and pumps in environmental control system of metro station under different operating years is analyzed. Finally, the changing trend of performance test of single equipment with operating years is obtained. This paper can provide a professional and pertinent basis for the establishment of performance evaluation standards for access, maintenance, and replacement of metro environmental control system equipment in the future.
