In the original version of the book, the following corrections have been made:
The original version of the chapter “Simple Way of Tuning Centralized PI Controller for an Interacting Pilot Plant Distillation Column” was inadvertently published without the institute name in the author’s affiliation, which has now been included.
The original version of chapter “Necessary Precautions in Cognitive Tutoring System” was inadvertently published prematurely, before incorporation of the final corrections, which has now been updated.
The erratum chapters and book have been updated with the changes.
