Abstract
Pathological fractures are caused by many reasons such as osteomyelitis, bone tumors, and osteoporosis. They are common in clinics; however, misdiagnosis can be often occurred especially with bone tumors. If they are treated as an ordinary fracture, the best treatment time may be delayed. Malignancy bone tumor could potentially disseminate by blood, resulting in local recurrence and a failure in limb salvage.
