Commonly performed lacrimal procedures/surgeries include lacrimal irrigation (syringing), lacrimal and nasolacrimal duct probing, dacryocystorhinostomy (DCR—external and endonasal), dacryocystectomy (DCT), and repair of traumatic canalicular lacerations. This chapter presents a brief overview of the instrumentation involved.
