Abstract
This chapter links Student Centered Cooperative Learning (SCCL) with the concept of positive education (PE). The chapter begins by explaining PE and its roots in Positive Psychology, focusing on the five elements of PERMA (positive emotions, engagement, relationships, meaning, and achievement). Next, the application of Positive Psychology to teachers own lives is considered, especially as it can convince and prepare teachers to use PE. The following section of the chapter explains SCCL activities for PE. Then, tips are provided for implement PE as part of SCCL. Finally, in summary, links between SCCL and PE are explained in table form.
