Abstract
This chapter proposes how to use the application software “SSDe” which is created based on the extended rod theory in order to easily analyze the dynamic response of a skyscraper subject to seismic motion. This application can consistently calculate from setting of input data to output of dynamic response results (horizontal displacement, relative velocity, relative and absolute acceleration, shear force, and overturning moment). This software can be downloaded to your PC from the website described in Sect. 7.1 and can be freely used on your PC.
