Thin ZnO:Al and CdS Films’ Optical Properties

Abstract

Optical properties of thin ZnO:Al and CdS films produced by RF magnetron sputtering are studied. Transmission and reflection coefficients are studied. The optical band-gap width depending on substrate temperature is estimated.
