Abstract
Drawing on the conceptual framework constructed and the detailed analytical methods set up in Chap. 3, this chapter examines the representational meanings in subtitle translation in ten films: Finding Nemo, Mulan, Frozen, Kung Fu Panda: Legends of Awesomeness, Toy Story, Inception, 2012, Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian, War Horse and Skyfall 007. They are all produced in the English language and subtitled in the Chinese language, enjoying great box office in mainland China.
