Abstract

In higher vocational colleges, construction of digital campus system, which includes teaching, scientific researches, management, service, and many other functions, is one of the most important issues. We should focus on four aspects which are creating a new concept of construction, innovating a new mode of educating people, bringing birth a smart management mode and carrying out a development mechanism, and regard them not only as goals, but also as mainly means of achieving goals to achieve a new kind of smart digital campus.
