Abstract
LNs in the splenic hilar area (Fig. 4.1) consist of No. 4sb, 10, and 11d LNs. In clinical practice, we summarize a set of effective operative steps known as ‘Huang’s three-step maneuver’ for laparoscopic spleen-preserving splenic hilar lymphadenectomy [2]. The first step is LN dissection in the inferior part of the spleen; the second step is LN dissection in the trunk of the SpA region; and the third step is LN dissection in the superior part of the spleen.
