Abstract

With the continuous improvement of people’s pursuit of life quality, elevator manufacturers are no longer just concerned about the safety and reliability of the elevator, also the ride comfort. The vibration of the elevator is the main factor that influences the ride comfort. Compared to the study of vertical vibration, there are relatively few studies on horizontal vibration at home and abroad. An 8 DOF dynamic model of the horizontal vibration of the car is established by combining theoretical research with computational simulation considering the variable stiffness of the guide rail and the Hertz contact stiffness of the rolling guide shoe, the model is simulated using MATLAB and also verified by the experiment. The influence of related parameters on natural frequency is investigated. It is of great significance to reduce the vibration in the running process and improve the comfort of the passengers.
