Abstract

Hydatid disease is a worldwide parasitic disease that is endemic in certain parts of the world, such as Australia, New Zealand, Mediterranean countries, Turkey, North Africa, South America, the Philippines, Northern China, and the Indian subcontinent (Buttenschoen and Carli Buttenschoen 2003).
