Abstract

In this dissertation, investigations of a variety of physical phenomena in graphene junctions were reported. These measurements revealed interesting features such as SdH oscillation, weak localization, scaling behavior, the fractional-valued QH plateau, and plateau-plateau transition points between the quantum Hall plateau. In MoS2 devices, the PPC effect was found after illumination is terminated. The mechanism of PPC effect can be well explained by the RLPF model.
