Abstract
A usability assessment has been a critical issue to be contented with users. Especially, it is an important step to evaluate usability in terms of satisfaction. Traditionally, questionnaire is very common method to evaluate usability. In this paper, we conduct SUS (System Usability Scale) questionnaires and analyze the result about usage of multiple devices with battery and plug-in multiple devices. However, the results give us subjective indication and uncertain findings what kind of a difference of satisfaction between multiple devices with battery and plug-in devices can be and why they bring up a problem to a user or how to improve them. Thus, the need to make up for the weakness is arisen. Therefore, we suggest the improved methods using questionnaire, brainwave, and emotion for assessing satisfaction of usability.
