Abstract
The Protons beam position monitor (BPM) system is one of the most important diagnostic elements set up around the Rapid Cycling Synchrotron (RCS) for the China Spallation Neutron Source (CSNS). This paper presents the design of Data Acquisition (DAQ) System for CSNS RCS BPM. The beam position data are published to the network layer through the Experimental Physics and Industrial Control System (EPICS), which allows others to process the data. The data acquisition software has completed the preliminary test; the results show that the software has good practicality and scalability.
