Abstract

This chapter describes the inflammatory, non-inflammatory lesions and tumours of vulva with the help of illustrations. The non-inflammatory lesions of the vulva include both infectious and non-infectious lesions of vulva. The tumours of the vulva consists of epithelial tumours, soft tissue tumours, melanocytic tumours and various other tumours. The squamous cell carcinoma is the most common epithelial tumours of vulva. The glandular tumours mainly consist of Paget disease and adenocarcinoma. The incidence, gross features and histopathology of these tumours are described with illustrations.
