Abstract

Management is a difficult term to define, just as managers’ jobs are difficult to identify with precision. Managers are people who are responsible for achieving the organization’ objectives. They would like to be responsible for other people’s work or for their own as specialists at the same level. Management means the process and outcome based on managers’ use of specific procedures and methods.
