Abstract
Cerebral palsy (CP) is short called brain paralysis [1]. From birth to 1 month after the birth, non-progressive brain injury syndrome is induced by some factors. The main manifestations are central movement dysfunction, muscle spasm, abnormal posture and bone and joint deformity accompanied with disorders of intelligence, speech, epilepsia, visual and auditory sense, behavior and perception.
