Abstract

Meghnad Saha was born on 6 October 1893, to a poor family in Sheoratali, a village 30 miles north of Dhaka in the Dhaka District of the then undivided Bengal of India.

Meghnad Saha was a fellow of the Royal Society of London and his respective list of publications are available in the ‘Obituary’ notices published by the Royal Society.
