Abstract
The endeavor of the study is to add to the literature by categorizing and scrutinizing a range of customer needs in the refurbished electronics business, by the help of that we will generate the result in the formation of end user value in the reverse supply chain. Throughout developing and developed the world, negative customer’s perception has prevented the refurbishment process to realize its full potential in the business environment. Though the practice has benefits and is eco-friendly, but lack of awareness and ignorance toward environmental hazard has resulted in this study. The study aims to create a positive perception of the consumer by creating end user significance. The purpose of this research paper focuses on that the demands of end user will increase day by day, and how an organization can create more importance to end user by administrating the dynamics distressing the fulfillment of desirable customer needs for refurbished electronics. The work proposed in this paper can help refurbishers to develop organizational strategies and promotion approaches.
