Chinese Language Teaching Paradigm: Case Study

This chapter reports an experimental study based on the theoretical framework for Chinese Language teaching in Singapore based on the paradigm propounded in the previous chapter. Experimental and control students were compared on oral and composition skills, with sizable gain in both measures favouring the former group. Stages of implementation and variables involved are detailed.
