Abstract
Compared with male leaders, the female leaders of ordinary colleges can be regarded as an independent group. However, the group is composed of individuals with distinct personalities and styles. The external environment will directly affect the interactions between individuals; thus, they are combined into different sets under the same external environment. With the continuous expansion of higher education in China, the structure of higher education is becoming increasingly complicated. China’s undergraduate colleges can be divided into different types based on the objectives, scale, financial status, and reputation, among other factors.
