Abstract

Chronic total occlusion (CTO) is a challenging lesion to cardiologists with limited success rate. The most difficult procedure is to pass a wire through the occluded lesion [1]. However, it is sometimes difficult to deliver devices along the positioned wire. This chapter overviews tips and tricks of successful stent delivery and implantation for the CTO intervention.
