Abstract

In September of 2013, China’s President Xi Jinping gave an important speech in Kazakhstan and advocated to jointly build Silk Road Economic Belt, enhancing the connectivity of policy, transport, trade, currency and the heart of people; in October, President Xi clearly put forward that China is committed to enhance the connectivity with ASEAN and willing to develop marine cooperative partnership with ASEAN, jointly building the 21st Century Marine Silk Road.
