Abstract

Mononeuropathies are common in clinical practice and result from compressions and injuries at strategic sites. Endocrinopathies and systemic diseases predispose mononeuropathies. While some locations of such involvements are common and well known, uncommon ones exist and need to be recognised. Electrophysiology, ultrasound examination and MRI neurography are used for precise localisation, for planning therapy and for prognosis.
