Abstract
The previous chapter focuses on the preparation and analysis of the sovereign balance sheet, but given the risk transfer between various sectors, examining the overall debt level and leverage ratio of various sectors (not limited to the public sector) is helpful to understand the overall risks of an economy, especially helpful to make a holistic judgment for the size of contingent liabilities that may arise.
