Abstract

This paper overviews the study of E-shaped rectangular Micro-Strip Antenna with multi-band frequencies which includes the study of VSWR, Gain parameter and far-field patterns within the operating frequencies 2–10 GHz and these interpretations are graphically represented. The substrate used is FR-4 (lossy), copper (annealed) used as a ground plane and also as a patch which gives the best results for the proposed antenna whose dimensions are 40 × 37 × 3.7 mm in CST STUDIO 2014, where a gain of −74.74 dB and VSWR = 1.0003 are obtained at a frequency of 3.28 GHz.
