Review on the Legal System of Unban Underground Space in China

Abstract

This paper summarizes and analyzes the current situation of urban underground space development and utilization, underground space right research, underground space registration system, and the characteristics of underground space utilization and the composition of rights system, and puts forward the legal system of underground space utilization in China, Spatial resources of the rational, orderly, efficient, coordinated development and utilization, which can be a reference for relevant works.
