Abstract
It is a collection of chylous fluid in the tunica vaginalis of scrotum which presents clinically as hydrocele without translucency. It is a clinical manifestation of long-standing lymphatic filariasis (DeVries 2002). Sen et al. (1969) described four cases of chylocele with bilateral disease in two patients.
