Abstract
For the readers who are interested in knowing the overall scenario of decent work in IT industry, aggregation of decent work indicators has been undertaken in this chapter and a composite decent work index has been constructed to find the status of decent work at micro-level. The chapter presents the overall status of decent work in IT industry and mentions the percentage of employees who are availing decent work and those who are facing deficit in decent work.
