Abstract

This paper aims to develop a bi-level model with multiple followers to make decision on water resources allocation, water shortage control objective is considered by the leader, cost saving objectives are considered by the followers . In the model, random fuzzy variables are considered, these variables are transformed to determined variables using expected value operator to make the model calculable. Finally, a case is applied to verify the efficiency of the proposed model and algorithm.
