Abstract
In April 1927, the clique headed by Chiang Kai-shek betrayed the national revolution and established a national government in Nanjing, which was generally called “Nanjing National Government”. Nanjing National Government boasted following the instructions of Mr. Sun Yat-sen, set up the political system of “the separation of powers”, and implemented the one-party dictatorship of Kuomintang under the name of “Xun Zheng” (Political Tutelage).
