Abstract
After over 4000 years of development, the Chinese legal civilization has become a special school with its own distinctive characteristics and it has left a rich legal cultural heritage with a solid humanistic foundation. Besides, it has nourished the ancient Chinese empire and the neighboring countries and regions and has been at the forefront of the world legal civilization for a long time.
