Abstract

The lithium battery on-board charger was developed for electric vehicles, Single phase full bridge ZCS circuit is the main loop of the power transformation, TMS320F28027 is used as the control core of supervisory control and data transmission system, a constant voltage, constant current and charging process control algorithm is developed, the hardware control circuit based on ZCS power transformation is designed. The experimental results show that the car charger well implement the charging process control, data transmission and monitoring and protection function, high reliability.
