In the original version of the book, the following typographical errors have to be corrected, which is a belated correction:
In Chap. 3, p. 26, “Cheep” has to be corrected as “Cheap” in 6 occurrences.
In Chap. 7, p. 69, line 5, “PRINCLAS” has to be corrected as “PRINCALS”.
The erratum book has been updated with the changes.
