Abstract

Online information, the Internet, Google and numerous other search engines, YouTube, TV, cell phones, MOOCs, digital and other information resources multiply day by day, moment by moment. Our information world constantly expands and becomes more instantaneous. Yet at the same time as we come closer to sources of knowledge, we are becoming more removed from the experience of our sensory worlds that excite and shape our imaginations and increase our creative capacities.
