Abstract
A few nights later, I was lying in Jordan’s lap in his living room while his mom was at work. It was the Saturday night before the first day of junior year. We were relaxing and saying goodbye to the summer. There was a party going on at the Thompsons and another couple parties over in the city where our newer friends were, but we just wanted some time alone.
