Abstract
I believe that it is a unique privilege to lead a learning community. It is exciting, challenging, complex and indeed rewarding. The excitement comes from the opportunities we provide to students as we support their quest to be successful learners; learners that will understand, participate in and contribute to, their world. However, that excitement comes with a constant challenge of ensuring that the learning environment we plan for and create is meaningful and purposeful for every student.
