Abstract
Father Mike’s sermon was powerful. As usual, I sat quietly in the back but I swear I almost smiled when he warned about judging others. “Let he who judges another be judged himself.” He brought it home with a message of compassion, and a reminder that we never know what another may be struggling with. I felt like he was talking about me. He was asking for compassion for me. He could hear my prayers, my inner thoughts. I was seen.
