Abstract
Solitude beckons our bodies to come into a love relationship with ourselves. From our elbows to our bellies, the inside to the outside we are invited into living more deeply into the paradox of what it means to be full human beings. Solitude can often be thought of as time alone or away, and emphasis is on the aloneness of this set apart time. I am interested in the quality of solitude, a kind of gourmet place to be rejuvenated and rediscover what is at the heart of our lives.
