Abstract

August 2012. A strange parcel arrives in my mailbox at work one day – a small, brown package decoratively wrapped in a royal-blue satin ribbon. Checking the return address, I gasp when I see the name of the sender – Caroline Sherritt. I clutch the brown box in my hand, run to my office, and slam the door.
