After a holistic review of the cases, various common themes emerged. These themes are outlined and discussed in this chapter and took the form of various interpretations of how teachers can and can’t (or should and shouldn’t) present themselves publicly. This chapter includes relevant survey findings to enhance the cross-case analysis.
