Abstract
The title of this chapter also changed several times during its development. Early on it was ‘heading out,’ then it changed a few times to ‘striding out,’ then ‘walking out’ and ‘setting out.’ Finally I settled upon ‘venturing out’ which is a more cautious approach to take when leaving the safe and the known.
