Abstract
During the last group session together, Sue read a story about two young girls who became separated from their beloved horses after leaving their farm and embarking on an adventure. While the girls were gone, they were able maintain a connection to their horses through “heart strings,” invisible threads of emotion and memory running from each girl to her horse.
