Implications for Use in Other Fields

  • Chapter
Coming to Grips with Loss

Abstract

This research project provides an overall view of the process of how people come to grips with loss in a manner that may not have been previously available. The holistic, systemic view of the process makes it a theory worthy of study by those in helping professions, as well as by business managers, people in community development and emergency management, and those engaged in self-care.
