Abstract
Protocol for the Prohibition of the Use in War of Asphyxiating, Poisonous or Other Gases, and of Bacteriological Methods of Warfare signed in Geneva on 17 June 1925.
Employing asphyxiating, poisonous or other gases, and all analogous liquids, materials or devices is defined as a war crime as per Article 8, paragraph b(xviii) of the Rome Statute.
